Improved FPS, Spider helmet easier receiving

A small but important update of the game:

- Fixed the problem of falling FPS when firing. Earlier, when using many types of weapons, the frame rate fell two to three times. Now, FPS practically does not fall when shooting.

- Receiving "Spider" helmet is greatly simplified. It is enough to complete the quest once, then the box can be received every hour, by spending a small amount of in-game currency.

- Exchange refusal fixed in the game settings. Now you can switch off the exchange offers.

The update will be uploaded in the next few hours and activated with the server restarting the next morning.
