Website update and easy registration

A number of technical changes were made for the site. In particular, registration has become more simple and convenient. You do not need to create separate accounts for the game and the forum, just one single account. When registering, the display name on the forum, for security reasons, no longer matches the username. If you did not specify it immediately, you will be assigned a technical name "Stalker" with a serial number; that name can be changed at any time to your own.

Old accounts, separate for the forum and the game, are saved unchanged.
