Patch fix

- Increased the lifespan of the "CERBERUS" kit to 60 days,
- The buffs of the "CERBERUS" set have been reworked, now they work correctly,
- Changed the sounds of the "FLASH" grenade launcher,
- Increased the chance of dropping the Mutagen item.
