Effective for one hour. Effect time passes only in the Zone and freezes if stalker returns to the "outer world". The effect can be accumulated, every other pill will add an extra hour, but it does not stack with similar effects from other items, like the "Old Stalker's Journal". Experienced stalkers advise not to overuse medications and by no way mix them with alcohol outside the Zone.
