The artifact creates a protective barrier that will defend you from bullets and explosions, but maximum effect is available only to those who are already familiar with the methods of protection from such impacts, by means of their profession. Maximum effect available for specialty: Commando or Defender. Effect is not constant, as body requires breaks from the effect of the artifact. To activate: 1. Equip artifact in the Charges slot. 2. Open Personal Tablet Computer ("K" by default) 3. Drag and drop the needed Active Skill to the Quick Slots Panel. Now you can activate the skill by pressing the relevant key.
